Coaching Track Late Cancellation Fee

Students enrolled in the PMTP's coaching track are required to obtain two feedback sessions and one final evaluation for their corresponding practice coaching assignments. These sessions are an essential part of the learning process and are mandatory to complete the course.

In case a student needs to cancel a feedback session, they must provide at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled session. This will allow us to make the most of our time with participants and keep the feedback sessions running smoothly.

If a student fails to provide the required 24-hour notice before the scheduled feedback session, they will be considered a late cancellation.

For each instance of late cancellation, the student will be required to pay a late cancellation fee of $20. The student will also need to reschedule their feedback session at a time that is convenient for both parties.

If a student has more than three late cancellations, they must purchase a one-on-one session ($75.00) prior to their cohort end date to complete the session or they will no longer be eligible to complete the NBHWC Coaching Track portion of the Training Program
